Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy explains how subscriptions, trials, and refunds work for the Trawelio software platform operated by Cookie Webster Co., Ltd.. It does not govern tour or activity bookings made by end customers on an operator's website — those are subject to each operator's own cancellation and refund rules.

1. Free trial

New operator workspaces receive a 14-day free trial. To start the trial, you must add a valid payment method (card or another supported method) at signup. No subscription fee is charged during the 14-day trial period.

If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your first subscription payment is taken automatically on day 15 for your selected plan, processed through Omise. Cancel before the trial expires if you do not wish to be charged.

2. Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis according to the plan shown at checkout. Payments are processed through Omise. Prices are listed in the currency indicated on our pricing page (for example THB or USD). Taxes may apply where required by law.

3. Cancelling your subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your workspace billing settings or by contacting us at info@trawelio.com. Cancellation stops future renewal charges.

After cancellation, you may continue using the platform until your current paid subscription period expires. Access ends when that period ends; we do not provide partial refunds for unused time within a billing period.

Deleting your account or workspace may be irreversible. Export any data you need before cancellation.

4. Refunds for platform fees

After the 14-day trial ends and your first subscription payment is taken, subscription fees are non-refundable. There is no pro-rata refund, cooling-off refund, or refund for unused days if you cancel mid-period.

The only exceptions are where:

  • required by applicable consumer protection law;
  • we have charged you in error or duplicated a payment; or
  • we agree to a refund at our sole discretion in writing.

Setup, migration, or other one-time professional services are non-refundable once work has commenced, unless otherwise stated in your order confirmation.

5. Chargebacks & disputes

If you dispute a charge, please contact us first at info@trawelio.com so we can resolve the issue. Unfounded chargebacks may result in suspension of your workspace.

6. End-customer tour bookings

When travellers book tours on an operator's Trawelio-powered site, payment and cancellation terms are set by that operator. Contact the operator directly for booking changes or refunds. Trawelio does not control operator refund decisions.
