This Privacy Policy explains how Cookie Webster Co., Ltd. ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects personal data when you visit https://trawelio.com, create a Trawelio operator account, or otherwise interact with our platform (the "Service").
This policy applies to the Trawelio marketing site and operator platform. Each tour operator using Trawelio may have their own privacy practices for their public booking sites; please refer to their policies when you book with them as a customer.
1. Data we collect
We may collect:
- Account & contact data — name, company name, email, phone, billing details, and workspace preferences when you register or manage a subscription.
- Usage data — log data, device/browser type, IP address, pages visited, and actions taken in the admin dashboard to secure and improve the Service.
- Support & communications — messages you send us (email, contact forms, support tickets).
- Payment metadata — subscription billing handled via Omise; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
Operators may upload customer booking data into their workspace. We process that data on their behalf as a processor to provide the Service; operators remain responsible for their customers' data and lawful bases for processing.
2. How we use data
We use personal data to:
- Provide, maintain, and secure the Service;
- Process subscriptions, trials, and account administration;
- Send service-related emails (verification, security, billing, product updates);
- Respond to enquiries and provide support;
- Detect fraud, abuse, and technical issues;
- Comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal data. Marketing emails, where permitted, can be opted out using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.
